BY BOOKING OR PURCHASING FROM ESSENTIAL GRILLZ YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF OUR POLICIES.

  • THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 48 HOURS

  • A $25 HOLDING FEE WILL BE APPLIED EACH WEEK AFTER THE 2ND WEEK OF HAVING AN OPEN BALANCE

  • AFTER A MONTH, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR TEETH

  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP YOUR OWN ORDER TO ENSURE PROPER FIT

  • ONCE YOU LEAVE THE SHOP NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO THE ORDER FORM

  • AGES 16 AND UNDER SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT

  • VALID ID REQUIRED FOR ALL CARD PURCHASES

  • DO NOT LEAVE SMALL CHILDREN UNATTENDED

  •  NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED

  • PLEASE LIMIT THE USE OF PROFANITY

  • NO LOITERING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE BUILDING

  • ESSENTIAL GRILLZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL SERVICES

  • ANY THREATS OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR /VERBAGE AFTER MOLDING WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING SHIPPED AND NO LONGER WELCOME INSIDE THE STORE

  • IF YOU DISPUTE A TRANSACTION WITH YOUR BANK OR 3RD PARTY COMPANY YOUR ORDER IS OFFICIALLY CANCELLED AND YOU ARE NO LONGER WELCOME TO SHOP WITH ESSENTIAL GRILLZ.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM SO WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: WE USE ORDER INFORMATION TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH THE CUSTOMER AND PROTECT YOU FROM POTENTIAL FRAUD. WE ONLY DISCUSS ORDERS AND INFORMATION WITH THE CLIENT LISTED ON THE ORDER FORM AND/OR THE LEGAL GUARDIAN (IF THE CLIENT IS UNDERAGE).
